  • What age do i need to be?

    Currently, you must be 16 years or older to get an The Inheritance Trust Bank account. We're hoping to lower this in the future! .

  • Where can i use my card?

    Your card can be used to shop online, make in-store purchases, make ATM withdrawals and use contactless payments wherever possible.

  • I forgot my password, what should i do?

    To recover your password, go to the LOGIN area and click Forgot Password.

  • Will my The Inheritance Trust Bank account affect my credit history and score?

    Opening an The Inheritance Trust Bank account will not affect your credit score. We don't believe in making money based on debt and therefore don't support overdrafts. That's why we don't check your credit history, simply because we don't have to

  • Do you offer joint accounts?

    Yes we do! To get a joint account between two people, you both need to have a The Inheritance Trust Bank current account and have 'Payments with Friends' activated. You'll find the 'Create a joint account' button on the Profile page. Unfortunately, you can't have a joint account between more than two people.

  • What should i do if my card is lost or stolen?

    If you lose your card, it’s stolen or gets stuck in an ATM, we advise you to immediately block your card and request a replacement.
